Polish MEP Michał Kobosko said he would join a four-member delegation from the liberal Renew Europe group.
In a post on social media, Kobosko said the lawmakers planned meetings at the US State Department, on Capitol Hill with both Republicans and Democrats, and at several major think tanks aligned with the two parties.
He said Trump’s proposal for ending the war in Ukraine would be the main topic of the visit, with overall US-EU relations expected to feature prominently as well.
