The figure means that two thirds of working-age Ukrainians who have settled in Poland after fleeing the Russian invasion, are now in legal employment.

The new study, conducted by EWL, a recruitment agency, and the University of Warsaw, collates the characteristics of the Ukrainian people who have crossed  into Poland and stayed, with the profiles of those who have gone further West, to Germany.

In an interview with Radio Poland’s Michał Owczarek, EWL’s International Development Director Michalina Sielewicz discusses the highlights of the report.
