Over 33.77 million COVID-19 shots administered in Poland: gov’t data
A total of 33,770,147 COVID-19 vaccine shots have been administered in Poland so far, including 27,724 over the last 24 hours, officials announced on Monday.

Public health authorities said that 13,617 adverse reactions had been reported among those who received the vaccines by Monday morning.
Meanwhile, a total of 72,996doses have been wasted in the rollout, according to the Polish health ministry.
As of Monday, Poland had injected more than 18 million first doses of COVID-19 vaccines, while nearly 17 million people had been fully inoculated, health ministry data showed.
The tally includes two-dose vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca as well as Johnson & Johnson’s one-shot vaccine.
Poland on Monday reported 74 new coronavirus infections and no new deaths related to COVID-19, in a further sign that the epidemic has ebbed in the country.
The latest infections bring Poland’s total number of cases during the pandemic to 2,882,220, while the death toll stands at 75,242.
