( OUR ACTIVITY:

We make wear-resistant protective coatings on tools in technologies CVD, PECVD, PVD, DLC. We offer refining of the tools and components’ surfaces, parts of machines and the improvement of their qualities. We also offer the complex cutting tools regeneration (cutters, drills, hob cutters and pinion cutters).

Abrasion and wear resistant coatings are used inter alia in metal presses, with steel forming processes, in aluminium foundry, with production and regeneration of tools and devices, with machine parts production and automotive components. They are also used in rubber and food industries.

( OUR COATINGS PROTECT THE PROPERTIES OF TOOLS, ARE ABRASION RESISTANT AND CHEMICALLY INERT

Typical thickness of the coating varies from 0.5 µm do 4 µm.

Due to that the sharpness of the tool edge, surface with texture, polished surfaces, tight tolerance of the dimensions remain unchanged.

We clean the tools – depending on the needs: wet cleaning, micro-blasting, polishing, with the use of the laser or plasma nitriding. We remove old coatings without damaging the basic material.

We use methods: CVD, PECVD, PVD, DLC

We control the quality of the coatings, we analyse the efficiency of the applied solutions.

WITH DRY ICE

Dry Ice blasting –

exceptionally efficient method of non-invasive cleaning – without detergents, without production downtime

( WHO ARE WE?

For over 10 years, we have been specializing in the industrial dry ice blasting, we’ve supported the choice of machines, we’ve sold and serviced them. We sell the machines of the three main producers – HORECO2, Polartech and White Lion. We offer out clients only verified machines – models which comprise our machine park that we use on daily basis to perform the services at our clients’.

Dry Ice blasting is the method of stream cleaning, in which the means of cleaning constitute the pellets of dry ice – solid form of carbon dioxide. This technique allows to remove dirt from machines, devices, forms and mechanical elements in a very short time without downtime. It delicately and efficiently removes the remains of products, lubricants, grease, dust, rust, remains of glue, paints and varnish as well as soot and sediment after fire.

( HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Ice Tech technology of cleaning uses the ice of the density from 1,1 up to 1,4 g/cm3,  of the temperature -79°C and under  the pressure from 2 to 16 bar. The pellets of the dry ice are blown out with the compressed air and hit with high velocity and strength. Three effects are used along with it:

Kinetic effect

– compressed air accelerates the pellets up to the sound speed, when they touch the dirt, it becomes peeled away and crumbed.

Thermic effect

  • Low temperature of dry ice (-79°C) makes the dirt surface very breakable, cracks appear, which enables its removal

       Sublimation

  • Dry ice penetrates the surface of the dirt and evaporates instantly increasing its volume by 700 times. Due to this reaction the dirt gets peeled away from the surface being cleaned.

We sell machines for the dry ice production, so called ice generator for the pellets of the dimension 3mm up to 16mm, as well as dry ice packs used inter alia in food shipping.

For lighter uses we suggest the machines operating with compressed CO₂

We help to adjust the ideal solution in various applications. We offer a wide range of cleaning nozzles (round, flat, combo type) and diffusion endings. Flexible hosepipes for machines in 5 configurations provide durability and maximum cleaning efficiency. To the special requests, we deliver
teflon hosepipes.

We check the conditions of machines and devices operation, the material they are made from, the condition of the surface and the pollution they are exposed to.

  • We advice

We choose the cleaning machine, kind of dry ice pellets, pressure and cleaning nozzle adequate to the exploitation condition of the machines and their construction.
