An feachtas frithdhaonlathach ag baint úsáide as na babhdáin chéanna arís in éadan Shinn Féin

Bhí freagra iontach ag Claire Kerrane, TD de chuid Shinn Féin, ar chuid de na hailt amaideacha a foilsíodh san Irish Times maidir le dintiúir dhaonlathacha Shinn Féín.

Save Moore Street Rally

Speaking at the 'Save Moore Street’ Rally last weekend Mary Lou McDonald said the legacy of 1916 and Moore Street belongs to the people of Ireland and not to a commercial developer intent on tearing it down for profit.

She called on the government to act urgently to prevent the destruction of Moore Street – one of the most important sites in modern Irish history.

Slógadh chun Sráid an Mhúraigh a shábháil

Agus í ag caint an deireadh seachtaine seo caite ag Slógadh chun Sráid an Mhúraigh a shábháil, dúirt Mary Lou McDonald gur le muintir na hÉireann oidhreacht Shráid an Mhúraigh agus ní le forbróir tráchtála a bhfuil rún aige é a sracadh anuas chun brabús a dhéanamh.

D’iarr sí ar an rialtas gníomhú go práinneach chun deireadh a chur le scrios Shráid Uí Mhúraigh – atá ar na suíomhanmna is tábhachtaí i stair na hÉireann.

This week, the Government voted down a Sinn Féin PMB that would have given Leaving Cert students clarity about their examinations, by securing a choice between calculated grades and written examinations.

Vótálann an Rialtas in aghaidh rún Shinn Féin ar Ardteistiméireacht hibrideach

An tseachtain seo, vótáil an Rialtas in éadan RTP ó Shinn Féin a thabharfadh soiléiriú do dhaltaí Ardteistiméireachta faoina gcuid scrúduithe, trí rogha a shocrú idir gráid réamh-mheasta agus scrúduithe scríofa.

Dúirt urlabhra Shinn Féin ar chúrsaí oideachais, Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire: „Labhair mé le cuid mhór daltaí le cúpla seachtain anuas. Tá an éiginnteacht ag cur isteach orthu; tá brú ollmhór ar dhaltaí bhliain 6”.

Sinn Féin legislation giving paid leave to parents who suffer loss of a child or miscarriage one step closer to becoming law

The passing of this legislation would see the North become the first place across these islands and Europe to introduce paid leave following a miscarriage.

Parents and workers that experience the tragic loss of a child should be supported.

Reachtaíocht Shinn Féin trína mbronnfar pá saoire ar thuismitheoirí a chailleann leanbh nó a mbeirtear leanbh anabaí dóibh céim amháin eile chun tosaigh le bheith ina dlí

Dá nglacfaí leis an reachtaíocht seo bheadh an Tuaisceart ar an gcéad áit sna hoileáin seo agus san Eoraip chun pá saoire a thabhairt isteach i ndiaidh breith anabaí.

Ba chóir tacaíocht a thabhairt do thuismitheoirí agus d’oibrithe a chailleann leanbh go tragóideach.
